Access requests and NDAs
Investors move through your raise one step at a time, and you decide who goes further.
1. They request access. From your offering page, an investor asks to see more. You get a request to approve or decline.
2. They sign your NDA. Once approved, the investor signs your non-disclosure agreement electronically. Countersign it in Documents; each signed NDA comes with an audit certificate.
3. They open the data room. After the NDA, the investor can read your documents, and every read is tracked.
Tip. Approve requests within a working day. The approval is itself a touchpoint, and a short personal note with it goes a long way.
