    Your investment flow and documents

    When an investor clicks Invest Now, they follow your investment flow: the questionnaire, the attestations and your subscription documents.

    Setting up the flow. In Lead Onboarding, open your offering's flow, choose the steps and attach your documents. Your offering documents come from you and your counsel.

    Accreditation. For a Rule 506(c) offering, you take reasonable steps to verify each investor is accredited. Investors send their proof directly to you.

    Signing and countersigning. Investors sign electronically. Their signed documents arrive in your countersign queue in Documents. The investment is not complete until you countersign.

    Wires. Wire instructions come from you, and the money goes straight to your company's account. Deal Box never holds or moves investor funds. Keep a clear line between interested, signed and funded, because only funded counts.
